2005 1st year-half highlights :

Sales up by 4,9 %
Slight 1% fall of B-to-B Division
Sales up by 9,2% of mass market segment including the acquisition of the Polish Company Metalplast
Gross profit margin was decreased at the high level of 67,3% ( vs 70%) due to the negative impact of increased steel prices, partially passed on to products over the 2005 1st year-half
Completion of redundancy programme for Ronis


2004 Highligths :

Sales up by 1,2 % : 92,.3 M€
Sales up by 8,0% of mass market segment including the acquisition of the Polish Company Metalplast during the second year-half
Decrease of 7 % drop for B to B sales
In spite of the negative impact of increased steel prices, gross profit margin was maintained at the high level of 69%.
Debt-to-equity ratio was stable at 30%.


2003 Highligths :

Group sales increased by 11% to € 91.2 million from € 82.04 million for 2002, but were down 4% on a constant Group structure basis (CGSB)

2002 consolidated full year results :

A difficult economic environment
sales : € 82.04 million (€ 88.26 million for 2001 full year)

- Market drop in B-to-B business : sales down 14%
- Significant recovery in Mass Market business : sales up 2.9%

Acquisition of the Slovenian company Titan, locking systems market leader in the Balkan countries and a recognised player in Europe for the manufacture of its cylinders.

Borrowings : decrease of € 4.8 million on a constant Group structure basis.
